Deals on Microsoft xbox points??

I got a good deal on the Xbox gold membership through Amazon.com. Does anyone offer deals on xbox points? A quick google search didn't come up with much more than a $1.00 savings on 1600 points. Do they ever go on sale?

I know that the 5% off with the Target Credit/Debit card works with Xbox360 points cards, that is the only discount I know of.
