Deals at the Dolphin?!?

Looking to book The Dolphin Resort in September. I called and got the rate for a standard room ($189.00). I am booking directly with The Dolphin (Starwood Hotels) because it is so much cheaper! Is anyone aware of any special offers they release for September? I didn't know if they tires to compete a little with other Disney Resorts - that usually have free dining at that time. I have heard they can and will run $99 - night deals! Anyone have any information for me?!?

They have AAA rates and sometimes special rates for school teachers. Remember you will also be charge a resort fee of $20 a night on top of the room rate. If you have a rental car you will have to pay to park at the hotel I believe it is $10 a day.

They have discounts for nurses as well as teachers, but the rates vary depending on the dates. I have never seen them for less than $149, but perhaps I haven't looked that hard.

And yes, you also have to factor in the resort fee and parking. It usually works out to being more expensive than a Disney moderate, but cheaper than deluxe.

Ok, so $99 for the second room? That is a pretty good deal! We are traveling with my mom and dad and that would be great! Do you know what time of the year they offered that deal or is it just something I need to watch for?
