Dealing with a very sore Back .. need prayers and pixie Dust

Hi Gang I have been dealing with Pain in my back for the past 24 Hours. I think i may have strained it at work . I did soak in the Tub last night and it feels somewhat better. I hope to feel better by the weekend so I can enjoy time at the Movies and with my Mom for mother's Day. Prayers and Pixie Dust is greatly Needed

According to my daughters who both deal with this, ice it....yup ice makes it feel better.
