Deadline for adding DP

I think i recall reading that you can not add the DP while checking in...but, when is the latest you can add the DP without being charged any extra fees?

To be safe, no later than 72 hours prior to check in. There may still be a fee, however; it will likely be waived in full or in part for increasing the cost of the package.
