I don't think you get free shipping unless you have met the $500 spending and/or belong to a passport club. I would be afraid I would see the shipping on my CC after the fact. I did that with Speigel a year ago and they added the charge, no recourse because the way it was worded in the offer.

I don't know why you aren't able to get "signed-out" by clearing your cookies and temp files, maybe try clearing your history? Not sure why you'd need to do this though, unless you are going to try to get more than 1 item.

Hmmm. I don't think it is working. I ordered registered for the passport club. I put the Copernicus earrings in my bag. I validated the coupon and it said $20 of a purchase of $20. I put in all my info and on the page that I put in my CC# it still shows a balance of $20.

There is this though...

Tried to do this. Ordered a camisole for $20 even, but when I put the #in to validate the coupon I got this reply:

" Sorry, but in order to redeem this coupon, you will need to call customer service at 1.888.855.4986 or visit one of our Chico's locations. The qualifying amount of this coupon applies to merchandise only. Gift card purchases, taxes, and shipping & handling do not count towards qualifying amount. One savings certificate per customer. "

Bad news for those of us who didn't jump on this right away. I called Customer Service as directed by the message. The lady informed me that the coupon code is not a Chico's code, but rather it was created by another website. Therefore, they are not accpeting it. Glad some of you got something!

I was just on slickdeals and noticed under the Chico's comment section that some people have been getting charged shipping on their orders after the invoice states 0 shipping. Just thought you may like to know.
