DD's school VOTE results!

Her school has 265 kids and the results were...

Bush - 205 votes
Kerry - 60 votes

WOW - surprising results considering PA is one of those borderline states!

Kerry - 84%
Bush - 13%
Nader- 3%

Bush won at my school, as well as at my stepsister's school. Although at my school it wasn't by a very large margin.

Our High School and Middle School both had Bush as the Winner and Nader had gotten 2% of votes.

Nader was removed from our ballots here, and I don't know why, but I heard last night that he was, and when I went to the polls today, his name was blacked out.

Nader - 11%
Bush- 38%
Kerry- 51%

My DS's school had an election today too and BUSH won! I asked him how much he won by and he said he didn't know because it didn't matter, all that matters is that he WON.

My kids' school voted this way:
Bush 135
Kerry 70
Nader 10

DH and I voted for Bush.

Bush 12, Kerry 11 in DS10's 4th grade class.

DS4's preschool voted for their favorite candy. M&M's won by a landslide over Skittles. My little guy was so proud that he got to vote.

After I went to vote this AM, DS4 asked me what I voted for and when I told him M&M's he said "no really" until I gave him a straight answer. I was really surprised he knew we were voting for people.

Our schools (Monroe County, Florida) tallied all votes of all kids (grade school, middle and high school) for the entire County and Kerry won 57% to 43%!!!

my middle school did a vote as well, we have about 1100 students-there were some students absent and some staff voted as well.

Nader got about 185
Bush 380 something (I'm think 387)
Kerry 587 votes

School mock elections generally mirror the precincts in their zone, especially in elementary and middle schools. So, these polls are only significant if they don't follow your precinct's usual pattern.

I don't know the numbers, but in my youngest's elementary school, Kerry won, in my older kid's middle school, Kerry won and my neighbor told me the high school in the district voted as well....again, a Kerry win!!

My son's class (2nd grade- Catholic school, Detroit Suburb) voted last week and the result...Bush won!

My nephew's class (2nd grade- private school in Detroit City) voted last week as well and the result...Kerry won!

DD(5) her school voted today. Last week they did the whole process. They had to reg. to vote. Than today they all voted. I asked her when she got home who won. She told me Bush but she couldnt' remember what the numbers where.

In our town (suburbs of Phila) the kids voted like this:

High school- Kerry
Middle school- Bush
Elem school - Bush
Catholic school - Bush

Only the Catholic school was a blowout the rest were all close.
