DD's ear problem, help?

[Disney Ontario]

Hi. For a couple of months our DD13 and been complaining of ringing in her left ear. A specialist did a test and said" common in alot of people, nothing can be done" Now a week laiter she gets dizzy when she looks down. It must be some inner ear thing.
