I have two reservations,(rented) one for 2 nights at BWV in a 1br with DDP for 5 of us and another reservation (my points) for 5 nights at BWV for three of us. The question I have can I only book the DDP for the five of us for the first 2 nights and then change to the three of us for the remaining 5 nights.

If you have two reservations, you can choose to book DDP for either or both. The only requirement is that each person listed on a reservation must be included in the plan.

If you link the reservations, so that you don't have to move (if they are the same type villa, same location), you'd have to buy the plan for all the days of the trip for five. You can't link them to stay in the same villa and then get two different dining plans.
