Im hoping someone can answer this for me. If you own DVC and they are running a free dining promotion can you take advantage of that or no?

No free dining when staying on DVC points. Members are, of course, free to make cash reservations at any resort and get free dining if they wish.

Promotions like 4/3, free dining, the various codes, all come from WDTC, which books cash reservations. DVC is an ownership program. As such, we pay no money to WDTC, so there's nothing to 'discount', and no reason for them to give us free dining.

The dining promotions are designed to fill the cash resorts. The DVC resorts are always full so there isn't any reason to offer "free" dining.
