DDP with hotel only

sorry, but no. You have to have what Disney calls a package: Room w/Tickets and then you can buy the meal plan.

Only if you are a DVC member staying on points.

I believe all you will need to book is 1 day tickets for each person in the party, you can then get the DDP for all of your days
