DDP with a 2 year old

ADR is coming up quick... so I am trying to finalize my list...
I have a 2 year old son that really eats chicken nuggets, french fries, corn, pizza, and mac and cheese, and a husband that loves food.. especially his desserts!
And I just pretty much love everything lol

Please let me know if you have any input on any of the following restaurants, whether they are ok/fair/ great/ or STAY AWAY!!

Be Our Guest- Late Breakfast
Crystal Palace Breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern- Dinner
Tusker House- Breakfast
Beaches & Cream- Dinner
Minnie's Seasonal Hollywood & Vine- Lunch
Sanaa- Lunch

Be aware that anything you order for your 2 yr old you will have to pay for since you cannot purchase the dining plan for him. He will not get a refillable mug either.

Sanaa might not have what your son will eat.

Your two year old will be fine any where you go. They have always been so accommodating with us everywhere. We have travelled with my son at 13 months, 18 months, 2 years old, 2 1/2 and 3 years old. So we really have been able to test put many of the restaurants and even signature places. We have been to all of the places on your list with no problem. All had something for him or were willing to make me plain noodles and butter and veggies. Even Sanaa has mac n cheese and pizza on the menus for the kids so you should have no problem.

Also you have many buffets or AYCE and he will eat free at all of those so that is a plus. All will have a kids area or something for kids. If you order him a meal at a sit down it will be OOP but most are reasonable. No point in getting him the dining plan until after 3.

It is Disney after all and we find most restaurants will go out of their way to accommodate little ones, even the signatures!

2 year olds eat free with a paying adult at all buffets, so we like to maximize the number of buffets with our little guy. So Crystal Palace, Tusker, and Minnie's would be my choices from your list. Of those, I prefer Tusker and Minnie's - I don't love crystal palace, and you no longer get the benefit of getting into the park earlier than the other guests for breakfast because now all guests are allowed into the hub in front of the castle before opening.

Also, be our guest breakfast is a good choice because even though your son does not get his own plate for free, they do include a free platter of breakfast pastries, which we always fed our toddler from. Also a great value for quick service credits on the dining plan.

my son is a HUGE Pooh bear fan... and I heard their breakfast is decent!! We are hoping to get his 1st haircut at the barber shop and then head to see Pooh right afterwards, so it wouldnt be until later.. around 10 am!!! Thank you for the advice!!

Those also book up early during peak times, we booked 4 months out and had slim pickings of times! I had to settle for a time that isn’t ideal but she’s a pretty easy going kid so fingers crossed!

They will have chicken nuggets for your child at Sanaa. We took our two year old there and they had them. Most underrated restaurant on property, in my opinion. Enjoy

Thank you!! This is actually one I am REALLY excited about!!!! I also saw mac and cheese and fruit on the menu... so he would be more than happy with those 2 items!!!
