DDP vs. Premium or Platinum Package

Hi everyone! I want to know how the other plans work regarding the meals. I know that DDP works 1TS, 1CS, and 1 Snack per night of stay. In the disney site says that the other plans offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, but it doesn't explain how this works; I don't now if its the same systems as DDP. Help plase

A quick overview of premium and plat dining (they both include recreation that I won't go into). On both of these plans, every meal costs one credit - there are no 2TS or 1TS meals and credits are not divided into CS and TS. You get 3 meals per night per person - a snack credit good for food item and beverage is also included on plat. In addition, there are some restaurants included that are not currently on DDP - Rainforest cafe is on both premium and plat, while V&A is on plat.

I did the platinum plan in December - all meals/snacks are treated the same - with the same point value. Whether you get a counter service lunch at MK or snack at EPCOT or a full dinner at Victoria & Alberts - they are each considered 1 point (or coupon)

Is anyone having difficulty getting the dining plan links to open?? Have been trying all afternoon . . . also tried directly from disney.com and they won't open.

Does anyone know what the difference in price is? I mean between regular dining and platinum and platinum and premium?

I beleive it is something like this 35.00 per person per day for the regular dining plan, 149 per person per day for Premium plan, and 199.00 pp pd for Platinum.

Premium & Platinum also include recreation and other extras.

The regular Dining Plan is $38.99 per person per night. I don't know the prices for the others.
