DDP TS & Take out orders

We are staying at the Polynesian, does anyone know if we can get take out from Kona Cafe and use the DDP?

I don't think you can get take out orders at any of the TS restaurants at WDW. I might be wrong, but I think the kitchens are usually too busy to do take out orders.

They can put most any dinner into a leftovers box.

Call the restaurant, I'm sure there are some they can whip up for you. Sometimes we get our desserts to go, so we can eat them later.

At Mama Melrose, we got my older sons spaghetti to go because he was not hungry just then.

Most TS restaurants are not equipped/staffed to provide actual take-out service. That's different from getting the uneaten portion of your meal to go.

On the other hand, I think all the Deluxe (and CSR) offer room service - but that will cost two TS credits. On the other other hand, those two credits cover the gratuity, too.
