DDP + TIW + Gratuity

Hi!
I currently have a TIW card which worked out great for our last trip. (20% off TS but the amount we paid on our CS meals and snacks SEEMED to cancel it out. FOr our next trip, I was thinking of getting the dining plan, but use my TIW for discounts on beverages and appitizers. My question is, since gratuity is put in for TIW, will the gratuity be added just to the TIW portion of our meal or all of the meal.

I would actually prefer if they put the 18% on the entire check so we would not have to leave the gratuity twice...
