DDP tips and tax?

I will be paying off our vacation today. Now I need to move on to Disney Dining tips and tax.
Are tips at counter meals expected? Do they have a jar or something for tips? How about tax? Will I need to pay the tax out of pocket on counter service meals?

Nope - no tips or tax necessary on CS meals.

The DDP price includes sales taxes, and you do not need to pay any additional taxes on items covered by the DDP. (If you order additional items ala carte, they will of course be subject to sales taxes.)

I've never seen a "tip jar" at a CS place at Disney.
