DDP tipping questions

ok, we will be a group of 6 on the dining plan. i see where groups of 6 or more will automatically be charged 18% gratuity. if we want to tip more (we will), can we do this with disney dollars or charge it to our KTTW? do we have to carry cash? what can you tell me about this process?

Yes you can use disney dollars,cash or your KTTW card to settle your tips or to leave extra.
Just so you know this thread will probably be moved to the tipping thread where all questions regarding tips are to be addressed

And before this thread gets moved or closed, I just want to quickly say if you use your key card, be sure to check over your room charges carefully. Not placing the blame on anyone in particular, but we just returned from using the DDP and had 4 issues with the wrong tip amounts being charged to our room. The concierge at our resort fixed it, but I just wanted you to be aware to check carefully is all! Have fun!
