We are doing a split-stay and have the DDP for the first leg of our trip. I know that the dining credits are good until midnight of the day you check out. However, would they disappear when we check in to our second resort? I am hoping they are two separate reservations (I think they are, as we have two different confirmation numbers) and that the fact that we are checking in somewhere else won't impact the dining credits left from the first stay, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know? TIA!

No, they shouldn't disappear just because you check into a second resort. They expire at midnight. You'll need to carry both KTTW though, until you have finished with the dining credits.
