Hi everyone!
I noticed on the Dining page that the dinner show has different levels at different prices. My question is: If we're on the dining plan where do they seat us? Is it first come first serve when you book it or do you get booked in a certain level with the plan? Just how do they do it??? I also want to do my will be 4YO B-day there since it and the castle both take 2 table services, we're probably going to skip the castle. Do they do anything special for birthdays, or is it just cake and birthday song from waitstaff?

I called on this not too long ago and was told you can book tier 2 or 3 with the DDP, TIER 1 is extra. It is first come first serve, they only had one night on our dates with a tier 2 left so call early!

Wow, that was fast, thanks! I'm counting down the days until I can call. Last year we called really early and they were already fully booked. I wonder how much extra for tier 1? I might be willing to pay for it!

Maybe it's changed for the Aloha show - we went Oct. 2006 on the DDP and we got a table on the floor, dead center of the stage. We were at the back of the table but we had the clearest view of everything going on and felt like the performers were right in front of us.

Same with us, and we were just there a month ago. We booked our reservation 6 months out.

AFAIK, you cannot pay the difference for Tier 1 if you are on the DDP... but I really don't see that there is a need to do so.

The DDP brochure says Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all dinner shows, with the exception of Category 1 for the 9:30 show of Hoop De Doo only, subject to availability.
