Are any sales or resort taxes added to the cost of daily DDP at the time of purchase?

What is the tax added to OOP purchases at Disney restaurants?

All sales taxes are included in the cost of the plan (and indeed, even the plan costs are quoted as tax-inclusive).

Sales tax for OOP purchases is 6.5% at most places. I believe the value resorts, in a different tax jurisdiction, are at 7%.
