DDP questions re: childrens menu options

Off the top of my head:

On a childrens menu at some TS restaurants they have 2 options, "Kids complete meals" or the option to choose from an appetizer, entree & dessert. Are either of these an option w/the dining plan.

Are milkshakes an option as the beverage?

At some restaurants adults can order a milkshake as their beverage (e.g. Whispering Canyon Cafe and 50's Prime Time). They can also be ordered as dessert.

Yes you can order the kids complete meal. The appetizer that is included is usually a cup of chicken soup, carrot sticks, grapes, etc.

At all the restaurants I've heard that offer a milkshake as a beverage, this applies only to adults, not to children. Kids can order either from the kids complete meal or the kids picks.
