if you have any credits left on your last day say 2 counter service could you use them together for a table service one ? just wonderd

No, you would only be able to get CS meals for those credits.

We seem to have some counter service credits left each trip, so I keep track carefully and we use the left over credits for a nice breakfast the day we check out.

Another use if you are driving would be to get packable lunches and eat them on the way home, or get things you can eat at the airport before boarding.

Just thought I would pass along a tip about how we use up our CS credits.
