My family and I will be traveling to Disney in September have the DDP. We will be traveling with my DS (6) and DD (3). We have done the DDP before, but this is the first year that my daughter will get her own dining credits. If we are having a TS meal (not a buffet) does my DD have to use her TS credit, or can she just share our meals? I am not trying to be cheap, but there is no way that the four of us could eat all of our appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I would rather not waste the food. Thanks in advance for your help.

We were wondering the same thing, last time we went there seemed to be so much wasted food. My DS and I could definetly share some meals!!

I know there have been quite a few theads on sharing on the DDP. Have you done a search?

Sharing with folks staying in the same hotel room with you isn't an issue. The only thing to keep in mind is that a child's credit is a child's credit is a child's credit. Saving it from one meal still means you're obligated to use it as a child credit whenever you do end up using it.

The rule against sharing is directed at folks who aren't staying in the same hotel room with you. Here's that rule:

As you can see, it won't prevent what you're aiming to do.
