DDP question on menu selection

Are the menus on the board and allearsnet.com the same items that DDP users can choose from? I know the menus can change. Is there a different menu for DDP users? We've already picked the DDP (don't have to pay until March) and our restaurants. I thought it would be a good deal for us but now I'm having some doubts especially if we have to choose from a different menu. Our kids are very picky but it seems even if we go to one character on one day the plan pays for itself for that day. TIA

Although menus can and do change, DDP dining includes all items on participating restaurant menus at this time, unless specifically noted on the menu.

Some folks have noticed that changes in the menu coincided with the beginning of the free DDP promotion, but others have heard it will change again, (for the better, more additions) when the free dining promotion is over.

We're doing the DDP in November and look forward to it as we eat frequently at table service and signature restaurants.

Enjoy!

AFAIK, none of the restaurants have a completely separate menu for Dining Plan participants. There is one restaurant (out of over a hundred) that has a couple of items separated off from the entrees portion of the menu, thereby making them ineligible for the Dining Plan, but other than that, the exceptions are minimal or non-existant.

Thanks for the info. We look forward to trying the DDP - it will feel good to have the majority of our meals taken care of ahead of time and not constantly trying to budget.
