DDP & Paying OOP ?

Hi all!!! My best friend and I are going to the World July 8-11 and we will be on the DDP. We have ADR's at the following:

Arrival Day: Ohana 8pm
July 9: Biergarten 6:45 pm
July 10: Crystal Palace 7:15 pm
Check out day: Cape May 5:00 pm

With the DDP we will have 3 TS credits each. Which of these four would you suggest paying OOP? I've looked at the pricing for each restaurant, but it is very vague. Not sure exactly what the Summer time prices will be for each buffet. Thanks in advance for any insight!

Note that for the July time-frame, you're going to be paying the higher "seasonal" upcharge. So it'll be that 06/07/2013 price listed.
