DDP--Nine Dragons, Marrakesh, et al??

Okay...looking at the menus for some of the restaurants and they have offerings that don't really fir the "One Appetizer, One Entree, One Dessert" concept...like the following off of the Nine Dragons and Marrakesh menus...They're more like "complete meals"...

Can these be applied to the DDP credits? If so, how?
Or should we only be looking at restaurants or menu items that fit that "One Appetizer, One Entree, One Dessert" structure?

I don't know about Nine Dragons, but last Sept my ex and I both got the Marrakesh Feast at Marrakesh on the DDP, while my mom ordered just the lamb. We had heard before we left that if one person ordered the Feast all at the table had to, but that was not true for us. My ex and I each got our own Feast. The only thing is, we were not allowed a choice of desserts. We both automatically received a sampler plate of baklava.
