DDP for non-members in your party

If we wanted to take our family who are non-members but are staying in a room on our points, will we be able to get the dining plan for everyone in our group?

Yes. The DDP is not based on an individual being a DVC member or not. You actually don't have a choice - if you want to get the DDP then everyone in the room has to have it - it's all or nothing.

Yes, you will be able to add the plan to their reservation for them, if you booked a room for them.

It is also true that if a dining plan is added to a reservation, everyone registered in the room MUST get it. You can't add a plan for only certain persons in the room.
