DDP & Family Question

We are headed to our very first DVC experience tomorrow & we are so excited!!!! We will be staying in a 2 BR villa with my parents, who are driving up.

Can my parents buy all of our lunch using our dining credits if they arrive before us? Or do we need to be there to use the credits?

Everyone in the room with charging privileges and an active PIN can access all of the dining credits.
