DDP booked...ADRs selected...looking for your opinions...

OK, after researching on these boards ALL week, I think I have figured out the balance between theming & good food....

S-- (12:30 arrival)--50s Prime Time Diner (for experience more than food)
M-- Boma (planning on AK that day...Boma for food/unique experience & we MUST see AKL, as DS 7 is animal FREAK
T-- Ohana, for food & experience (MNSSHP night...Poly is close to MK)
W--Mama's (I do NOT do long waits...this is for the Fantasmic package ONLY)
TH--Le Chef de France (I LOVE French food....
F--Wolfgang Pucks just for DH & I...night out w/o kids
S--Narcoosees...for food, maybe to see Wishes

We figured we would either pay OOP at Pucks or maybe push sharing at Mamas...figured Mom could order salad & DS12 order kids meal OOP if they fuss.

We did character breakfast on DCL & kids said once was good. So I went for best food, or experience.

Your thoughts are welcome!

Perhaps instead of trying share at Mamas you could just pay out of pocket for two of you at either Boma or Ohana. Since they have a fixed price that would surely be cheaper than OOP at Pucks. There also wouldn't be any concern about sharing as they are all you care to eat.

BTW, do you have 2 credits available for Narcoosees?

Friday kids/Mom will use CS at resort...and we are trying to find 2 extra TS to use at Pucks for us 2...soo.....
ACTUALLY you had a WONDERFUL idea...DS12 had to pay adult DDP, but frankly, he will probably eat a kids meal ordered off his DS's DDP each night, and she will eat his! I don't suppose that they would allow him to order a kids meal anywhere....he definitely doesn't look 9!
Actually, instead of using his TS 2 nights (hmmm...probably at 50s & Mamas), we will just pay OOP for a burger or pasta for him. He is very picky, and I KNOW he won't like any of the adult desserts, and I'm thinking the 3 appetizers at each will be PLENTY for all (frankly, I can't eat appetizer, entree AND dessert!) Let's face it, appetizers are meant for sharing, anyway.

My point about Narcoosees is that it requires 2 credits per person. Unless I am missing something it looks like you will be one credit short per person.

I'm pretty sure with MM that everyone has to pay for the fantasmic package to get the ticket for the reserved seating.

Nope, we're good...
Friday the kids/Mom are eating CS, so there is one "free" night of TS for the four of them....
That is why I am thinking of paying OOP for DS12 at each of 50s/Mama's to free up the last 2 TSs needed to cover the extra 6TSs needed for Narcoosees.

Now, I read SOMEWHERE on these boards that you COULD still do the Fantasmic ressie w/ DDP...I guess I'll find out! It should work, since you merely have to eat at MMs, H&V or the Derby (fixed meal price...) to get this benefit...

Ok, so DS12 will order OOP at 50s diner & Le Chef de France....I don't suppose they would allow him to order from the kids menu??!! It sincerely is NOT the price issue...it's his taste! If not, I'll let DD chose what she wants from the adult menu, have him order it & they can swap. Seriously, he would be MUCH happier ordering from the kids menus every night! He does like typical American appetizers, but desserts...well, ice cream is about it! (VANILLA!) BUT my hands are tied! (Really, though, ordering 4 appetizers to try each night doesn't break MY heart!)
