DDP at value resort? April vs. June?

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.

1. We stayed in CB last time, but are considering A Little Mermaid room at AR this time. Am I still able to get the Deluxe Dining Plan at a value resort?

2. We are considering the first week in April or around the 3rd week in June. Average temps in April looked promising for swimming, but what is the real scoop? We know June will be hot and crowded. How bad is it?

Yes, you can get whichever dining plan you want. The Little Mermaid rooms haven't been included in any specials thus far, but even if they were, you could upgrade your DP (on FD or S/P/D, etc) from the one they are offering and pay the difference.

The pools are heated to 82 degrees... so swimming would be up to you and your comfort level. People swim through January and February.
