Hi,

I currently have a package in April for 4 nights with 5 day MYW tickets with Park Hopper and the DDP.

If I add 6 days to the tickets and the no expiration option I will save 125.00 on tickets for our next trip ( a 6 day trip)

Will we get the dining plan on the later trip? If not I won't be paying for the DDP for more than the 4 nights in April right?

Any help would be great. Thank you,

Shellie

You will only get the dining plan for your 4 nights on the package....no matter how many days of park tickets. You will get 4 table, 4 counter and 4 snack per person.

The dining plan is based on your nights of stay and has nothing to do with your tickets, other than the fact you cannot book the dining plan unless you are booking a package that includes at least a one day base ticket for each person in the room.
So if you upgrade your tickets they will have no affect on your dining plan which is for four nights.

So they would only charge me for the 4 nights we are staying on the package? That was my big worry. I thought they might charge me for 10 nights since I am going to by a 10 day ticket.

Thanks so much to both of you!

Shellie

Nope, you can have number of days on the pass (at least one) but the dining credits are based on number of nights stay.

A future stay would still require you to purchase at least a one day pass if you are booking a package that includes DDP or DxDP

Hi, I may be wrong here, but you have a 4 day trip but currently a 5 day pass. Unless they changed it, you can get up to a 10 day pass--so you will actually be adding 5 days to your pass, not 6. The DDP will be for 4 days, as someone has said, while the 5 day ticket is not linked to DDP. So you will add 5 days to your ticket = the 10 day ticket. Then on your 6 day trip later you will have to buy a day of ticket...???

Oh my gosh. You are right. I don't know what I was thinking. I thought about this for a while after I read your post and decided its for the best. I was going to buy a one day ticket anyway so I could get the DDP on are next trip. Funny thing is that it was bugging me that I was going to buy a 1 day ticket when I didn't need to. Now I find out I DO need to! :lmao:

I must have had a brain freeze. Thanks!
