DM and I will be going to WDW in March for 4 nights and will be on the DDP. Ok, so I can do the math, and know that I have 8 TS, 8 CS, and 8 snacks available. Guess I've decided to be greedy and want to get the most out of my credits, but am not sure how to go about doing so. Right now, I have ADRs for: 50's Prime Time, 'Ohana, LTT, and LeCellier (all of which are for dinner). Are these good choices, or does anyone have suggestions that I can extend my credits a little bit more, but still get good stuff? Thanks! :goodvibes

IMO, a big part of getting the most out of the DDP, is enjoying your vacation:woohoo: Not worrying about how much the steak you really want costs:cutie: Not be concerned about how much the bill will balloon if you order 2 desserts:banana: Trying to squeeze every possible cent out of the DDp can be mentally exhausting (IMO) and ruin things a bit:confused3

Tons of REALLY good food in our opinion. Their prices IMHO were high, but not to worry if not the DDP like we were. We loved the place SOOO much that we went twice during our 10 night trip.

Depending on how hungry you are, you could always share a Table Service credit, therefore the opportunity to try more places. We found that most places had big portions and with a app, entree & dessert it was easy to share. You'd only need an extra drink.

We would not have tried this place if we were dining OOP. We had free dining last Sept, so we did all our usual character buffets, Coral Reef, and Le Cellier. The food at both Le Cellier and Coral Reef was of similar quality, but we (especially DD4) enjoyed the aquarium at CR. The prices were higher than what we normally spend, but we didn't have to worry about!

By "extend," do you mean get the most value for your DDP credits? Or do you mean get the most food?

I think your choices are a good balance. You certainly can't go wrong with
Le Cellier. That is a good balance of good value and good food.

The others are all good places to eat for both value and ambience.

We just got back and IMO the value of the DDP lies in the convenience of not looking at the prices while ordering a meal. I have not eaten at LLT or Le Cellier, but based on the reviews here both are good choices. Coral Reef was also a great meal as well as Concourse Steak House. My DS and his wife dined there Friday evening and were very happy with the quality and quantity of the food. The service was also very good. This was not true for our meal last year, but they were happy to prove that it was an off night then.

If you were asking how to maximize the amount of food, you really don't need to. I will tell you that we were 7 in our party and we shared a lot of counter service meals. We had some at breakfast or used some snack options, and shared CS at lunchtime. This was because we are not good at portion control and there was so much food that we really could not eat all of it. My DH has a huge appetite at 6' 6" and 265 pounds, and he was outdone by the plan. We still had several left at the end of our stay.

If you are asking about maximizing the financial value of the plan you may find that you forget about the meals and focus on the price. Go to www.allearsnet.com/ to check out the menus, but I would suggest sticking to the restaurants you enjoy rather than choosing based on price.

Enjoy your stay with your Mom.
