DDP and Fixed Price Menu???

I know that Chefs de France has a fixed price menu and I just noticed that Kona (dinner menu) does too. If we have the DDP could we get this or do we not have the option since it includes an app? I want to say it is included - seem to remember CdF allowing it

Basic DDP users can order from the fixed-price menus and get all three courses. Absolutely no substitutions allowed, however.

Cool So other than Chef's, Kona and Mama Melrose F! package are there other fixed menus out there?

I "think" nine dragons has a price fix. Includes soup, and entree and dessert. You are pretty much getting a "free" soup. PS, the desserts are horrible there. IMO
