DDP 2 TS credits for Yachtsman

Hello all.

We managed to get FD for our trip in December so we are already in full planning mode.

We want to eat at SciFi but since it is so inexpensive we are thinking of paying OOP for that and going to Yachtsman as a special treat.

I see on there menu that are a few expensive items. Ranging up to $125 for the Wagyu Strip. I am assuming that can not be purchased using the DDP. What is the maximum we can spend at a signature if we use 2 TS credits?

It is 2 TS credits regardless of what you order. Order anything you want per the plans allotment. The items where you see the note regarding a surcharge means it's the 2 TS credits, plus extra $. Booze is extra too.

Somehow I completely missed the comment about the surcharge.

My eyes must be tired from looking at a computer screen for hours waiting for FD to drop ;-)

Rule of thumb is any entree $75 or under is included; exotic ingredients like Wagyu are listed as entitlement plus upcharge on the menu.

Note that even at a signature, your basic DDP credits will get you a non-alcoholic beverage, entree, and dessert only, no appetizer. (Appetizer is included on the Deluxe plan.)

Yah....the wagyu isn't covered. I already cried a river over that. My favorite joint at Disney too.

Yes the Wagu was a $75 up charge with 2 credits at YSH , there is also a Porterhouse for 2 that if you order requires 4 TS credits.I noticed the menus are pretty clear on upcharge and sides/items not included . And we were not on any Dining plan. If you go to YSH I recommend getting the lobster bisque as an appetizer , worth paying OOP .
