can i use this to buy a refillable mug at pop century or assp ?
i didnt realize when i was at assp i could have used it for dining but what about the mugs...anyone ?

The Disney Dining Experience card is only good for discounts at Table Service restaurants, and select counter service restaurants (basically where there is no table service, like at AK). I don't imagine it would be good for use on a refillable mug.

No, not the mugs. We were at Pop in July and made a purchase of food and mugs and the 20% was taken off of the food only. The mugs ring up as merchandise. Sorry.
