DDE with MYW Dining Package

We currently have the DDE card but are considering booking the free MYW dining package. We often have a bottle of wine or other drinks with our meal. Does anyone know if we can use the DDE to receive the 20% discount on the balance of our check? It seems like they should allow this but you never know...

I wondered the same thing. I would think the answer would be yes. if you wanted to, you could even order the bottle of wine and close out the check, the re open it for the dining plan.
