DDE update - working on Jan 14th

I don't know if this has already been posted, but I called yesterday to see what was up with DDE as I ordered in Jan and my card has not been charged yet...she said they were working on Jan 14th requests as of yesterday.

wow!! glad i have ordered mine for may. however, i have yet to receive an email confirmation. i ordered early this week(2-14). thanks for the update.
