DDE question

I have looked on the Disney website, but I don't feel like I can answer my question definatively. We are going to be staying at CSR Dec 17-21, but purchased 10 day park hoppers, no expiration because it was a better deal for us in the long run. To upgrade to the Dining Plan would we have to get it for the 10 days or the 4 that we are staying on property?

The Disney Dining Plan is per night of your trip. So if you are staying at a Disney resort for 4 nights then you will have 4 days of the Disney Dining Plan.

Yes, DDE is the 20% off dining card available to AP holders, it is not a dining plan.

The DDE card is available to non AP holders as well--at a slightly higher cost. It's one of the easiest discount programs to administer--a straight 20% off the long list of WDW eateries (I don't want to spend my vacation counting points or figuring meal values each time the check comes ). We can't wait to begin saving during our summer trip.

Only Florida residents for $75.

AP holders $50, Florida residents $75. These are the only 2 groups who can purchase the card.
