DDE purchase question?

Can you purchase the DDE card anywhere on disney property??

Not that I'm aware of. Unless they have recently changed things, I'm pretty sure you have to call and they mail the card out in a week or so. That's what I've had to do but I've had the card two years now and renew it by mail.

DDE = Disney Dining Experience for Florida residents. It's a discount program, with a few other perks. The discount is 20% off the bill for up to 6 people at most sit-down and a few counter service/food court locations.

Webray- My experience is the same as WDW_Dine_junkie---Call, and they'll mail it to you within 2 -3 weeks (One year, it took 6 weeks!!! Which was past my vacation - so they faxed me a letter confirming my membership, and I had to take that everywhere (with my Pic. ID). Everytime I've gotten one, it's been valid for just slightly more than a year (ie... If I call and order it Nov. 15, then it has been valid until Dec. 31of the following year) - just to give you an idea in case you are planning multiple vacations (I know you hardly EVER go to Disney )

Thanks everyone...I called and ordered. They will email me the letter so I can have it for our upcoming trip. Castmember said card would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, and you can only order them by phone.

Yippee..this will be great, since we already had PS's at V&A's, Citricos, Kona Cafe for that weekend.
