I just got off the phone with DDE and they will no longer email you a confirmation letter that you can use in the park before your card arrives. I was told that the letter will be at the Guest Services Desk at Epcot and i have to pick it up there. I told the CM that I am not planning on going to Epcot. I am staying at the GF and dinning there and MK only.
I have early morning PS and arriving late the night before, so no time to go to Epcot. Asked if I could get the letter at the GF, she said that they are no longer allowed to do that, but that she would take the letter over to the GF herself for me.
Has anyone who ordered recently been told this, I thought I could get the email confirmation to use before the card arrived but apparentley they have changed their policy????
