DDE (not DDP) available to DVC members?

I'm probably confusing the two, but is the DDE card available to DVC members....(without AP's)?

DDE is available only to FL residents and AP holders.

DDE: I wish it were. This would be a lot more useful to my family than the AP, although I'm not complaining about what we already have.

Can anyone tell me the number for DDE? WE leave in 2 weeks and I was hoping that they would be able to let me pay for it now and pick up the paper that they use to let you do? Has anyone done this recently?

When we went to WDW in October we decided to get the DDE
a few days before we left.
I called MS and they connected me with DDE.
We were able to pick up a temp card to use during our trip.
It was at the Guest Relations at Epcot waiting for us.
Sooner after we got home a plastic DDE card was in our mail.

I called today and then said that I have to go and get my temp card at Guest relations. Thanks everyone for the info
