DDE 'lost' card

Hello all! I am off to WDW in a couple of months. Dh is military and is deployed and all of our 'stuff' was packed up and either moved to Egypt or put into storage. Well, this is kind of an unexpected trip and I did not pack my DDE card. Does anyone know how to replace this?

I believe if you have a lost card there is a $25 charge for a new card.

Give DDE a call:
Call Disney's Dining Experience office at (407) 566-5858, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
 
Mine got stolen last October. I called and they replaced it for free, but policy might have changed.
 
The fee to replace a lost card is $25.00. They may make exceptions, but don't count on it. One thing to be considered is the expiration date, it might make sense to order a new one at $60 good for a full year than to pay the $25 for a few months to replace the card.

Since I will be doing a solo trip, I don't know that it will be worth the $25. I usually don't eat 'well' when solo.
We are moving to Egypt, so I won't be going for at least a year after this.
