DDE card

Last time I ordered the DDE card I had to call 6 weeks in advance, can I pick it up at the parks now. I will be at MK on the first day.

When I booked CRT at 180 days the lady would not apply the Discount as she said it was booked too far in advance Should I call now and have it applied?

You can buy it at guest services at Magic Kingdom and use it straight away. Just tell them at CRT when you check in and also mention it to your server and they'll give you the money saved by using the DDE card back on a Disney Gift Card

I've had a DDE card for a few years now and never mention it when I make a booking. I just hand it to the server before the bill is prepared and that does the trick. Is CRT different in some way?

I have either got mine at DD or collected it at Guest Services at Epcot in the past. Sure you can just tell them you want to collect at Guest Services in MK?

When you make your ADR for CRT the entire cost of the meal is immediately taken from your credit card.

The DDP is just too much food for me! That's why we go with the DDE

Us too Jill We much prefer the DDE card that way we can order exactly what we want without feeling duty bound to eat everything we're given.

Yes, you need an AP or PAP to get the DDE card

DDE stood for Disney Dining Experience (now called Tables in Wonderland) is a discount card that Annual Pass holders and Florida residents can purchase and gives 20% discount off table (and some counter) meals in WDW.

It can be a better option to the dining plan if you don't plan to eat so many table meals.

No not for CRT, but I have heard of people combining the two and using DDE discount for alcohol or appetizers
