Is there a place/site or link that lists exactly what restaurants and or "experiences" that the card covers?

I am specifically interested in finding out if it covers any or all of the Epcot special dining experiences during the Food & Wine Festival.

I don't think you get a discount on the special experiencs but I heard you got to sign up a little earlier then the general public.
