DDE card at Int'l Gateway?

I know I can get the DDE card at the front area at Epcot but does anyone know if I can pick it up at the International Gateway area? (sorry, no can do on calling it the Tables In Wonderland card LOL)

Either location I pick it up do I have to have called in advance to order it or can I just show up and get it?

IG is a great place to purchase DDE (can't get my head around TIW either). We purchased ours there and it took just a few minutes. No need to call ahead.

Got ours there this October and our annual passes with the DVC discount no problems.

We did that this past week. I also activated my annual passes and picked up our MVMCP tickets all at the same time! Very convenient!
