DDE card at Epcot Guest Relation - HELP!

Alas, it is seeming more and more likely that I'm going to have to go by Epcot Guest Relations to pick up my temporary cards. To make the pickup as speedy as possible, can anyone tell me precisely where the Guest Relations that has my temporary cards is located? If memory serves, it is outside the park turnstiles on the right hand side. Is this correct?

You are correct. It was a very quick process that I did just a month ago. I waited too long to order my card. The funny part was the letter with the card was postmarked the day we got to WDW and was waiting for me when we got home. The savings are great on the card.
