DDE at POR FOOD COURT?

Has anyone used the dde card at Riverside mill? It is not listed under the participating restraunts. I am curious as this is where we are staying in July and would like to use here. TIA

I have never had any problem using my DDE card there. But I have not been there in months. So unless things have changed since last year, there is not a problem.
And I have used it more recent at FQ food court. (Not really a fan of POR food court.)

You can use it at POFQ at Sassagoula Foloatworks and Food Factory because POFQ doesn't have its own table service. The same situation applies at AK, The All Star Resorts, and other places with no TS restaurants. (Animal Kingdom only because Rainforest doesn't accept it and Breakfastasaurus is only for breakfast.)

Don't plan on using the DDE card at counter services (except at the resorts) or the Pepper Market at CSR.
If you have an AP, there are a few other dining discounts, and you can view those on the Disney website. I rarely use an AP dining discount, as there is not much to offer. But I think that can be used at HoB.

Basically, yes. The exceptions are as another posted already mentioned-counter service where there is no table service.

That is why you can use it at POFQ and not POR although some CM's don't seem to know the actual terms and people have reported being allowed to use it at places that technically they shouldn't. I have not seen this reported in a while though.

When we stayed at POR in March we were able to use the DDE card at the food court. I didn't think that we would be able to do so but we asked and received a discount. So it doesn't hurt to ask.

You CAN use the DDE card at the POR food court. I know the rule of thumb Allison makes mention of, but that is not the case at POR for some weird reason.
