DDE/AP question

I hope this isn't too confusing --- I have an annual pass that is good until Oct 2006 but we aren't going back again until Nov 2006. I am considering not renewing my AP for the Nov 2006 trip. Can I buy the DDE card this month since I am an AP holder and qualify but still use it Nov 2006 even if I don't renew my AP?

If you buy now, it will probably expire 11/30/06 or 12/31/06. As long as your AP is valid now, they will let you purchase the DDE card.

We just bought one a couple of weeks ago and they told us the permanent card we received would be good through 11/06. I think because it takes so long to get the cards, they base the expiration on when they are actually received vs. the day you buy the membership.

I just called (a few days ago) about renewing my card, which expires at the end of December. I was told to call after December 5 and the replacement will be good through the end of January 2007.
