DDE and extra card

Does anyone know if I could get the additional card for my adult daughter that lives with us.
I know it says spouse, but ....

In this day and age- I can't imagine with all the different types of families, couples etc that they would give you a hard time if you just gave her name and not even the relationship./

I was told you can get an add'l card for anyone that lives at your address so I'm guessing that includes your daughter since she lives with you.
