DDE and Cindy ressie?

I made a ressie for Cindy's. I don't want to order my card till next month closer to my trip. My question is...can I still get 20% off since I already made the ressie and they charged my card?

Yes. Just present your card when you get there and they will credit the 20% back to your card. Or, they might have to cancel the original charge and do it again minus the 20%. Either way, you should get the money back.

Yes, you can. I made our CRT reservation several months ago and totally forgot about adding the DDE discount. So I called back last week and had them make the adjustment.

Just as an FYI, it is not truly a 20% discount off the total as they don't take the discount off the picture package. So, for our meal it was about $12 off for 2 adults and 1 child age 5 - not 20% but still better than nothing

I booked CRT about a week ago. I forgot to tell her that I had the DDE. I called back and the CM credited my card back. Easy.

We'll be having lunch at Cindy's castle on March 28th. When I made ressie they didnt have the DDE disc code in the computer system yet. I'll make sure I get the disc when we check in (unless I call before). Thanks for letting us know the disc isnt off the picture pkg.

Well, the package is included in the price so I don't know if it really comes out that way. The price is what? $33 and change with tax and tip. They take the 20% off before that so the actual price just for the meal comes to $28 and change (the CM explained this to me). So we saved $10 and change for 2 adults. Not too shabby.
