WDW is not taking reservations/ canceling thru July 1. I'm close to being cancelled, but am still holding out hope. Shanghai Disney did a special COVID dated sale for tickets, which immediately sold out capacity. Not sure how this applies to WDW, as they've announced opening to Florida residents first. Will they also open for resort guests? Or, will APs and guests be blocked for special COVID capacity tickets?

Now, it's a political endgame. In the beginning, it was an unknown virus and flatten the curve. Mission accomplished. Now, it's wreck the economy and make people suffer to get the desired election results. No churches, no small business, no going outdoors, and NO in person elections, but it's still safe to continue to shop at big box stores with 500+ strangers.

Happy weekend Dads! Cool temps today but I’ll take it as sun is shining. Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the moms out there, especially the ones that have to put up with us.

WDW is only taking reservations from July 1 on but still show park hours for June. hard to read if they aren’t gonna be open in June at all or if they are limiting guest counts for June?

Any of the AK common area costumes, I think the prints are fun.
Galaxy's Edge (have not seen them in person, but it has to cool to dress up in a Star Wars costume all day)

I'm hoping that the May 20 Disney Springs opening leads to the parks opening at limited capacity to Florida residents for the month of June, which would then lead to opening for resort guests in July.

That was off the hilt to drive home the glaring questions of our state & country's response. Still, I've yet to read anything scientific why shopping with 500+ people is healthy but voting in person will kill you and it's banned. So, there has to be another reason. Perhaps it is due to the formation of our country to question the government, challenge injustice, and be willing to fight for our freedoms.

Morning chaps, weather turned over here today, so we've gone from 80 to 50 in hours. Hey ho, summer was nice while it lasted.
Home made Pizza in the brick oven last night, with a fence panel out so we could share with next door, so that was 6 hours of heavy drinking.
I've started taking my boy and his best mate, the one who's dad passed, out on a few runs this week with me. It's been good for all of them with a least a nod to social distancing. If they stopped nattering they could run a marathon.

Happy Mothers Day to your moms and wives over there, ours was months ago.

Perhaps it is due to the formation of our country to question the government, challenge injustice, and be willing to fight for our freedoms.

Nah, its really not mate. The US doesn't have a monopoly in holding people to account.

I think with Shanghai you had to book your entry time, kind of like a fast pass. Hopefully you'll get there.

Happy Sunday all. All the best to your better halves. An odd Mother's Day but got take-out Italian for SWMBO and she liked it. Polar vortex moving out and hopefully a return to something resembling normal. Churches opened up in KY today and several other places in Appalachia are doing as they please now. No reason why Wal-Mart should have 300 cars in the parking lot but the State Park campground has to be shut down.
